Z generation is facing challenges of educational disparity, shifting economy, digital curricula, gap between Industry and academia, meagre resources and poverty. It’s a cold war in between education of our institutions and a better earning outside in modern society. This gap is killing brains of our Einsteins and knocking them down.
It’s a responsibility of a leader to prepare students for the changing road ahead of them.
Malcolm X quotes and I unquote it, Education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today.
In the modern world school leaders have deep influence on the culture of a school for better or worse, influencing almost every aspect through their personality, skills, use of digital tools and ability to connect with people.
School leaders are the emblem of the future ,unveil the lives of their staff, students, and parents need to be great communicators, influencers and listeners. They need to express their opinions, attitudes, and feelings in a very effective way so that the recipients understand clearly what is expected from them. The way school leaders communicate with stakeholders will be the key elements in the running of their school administration.
Schools are sold like hot dogs, brands, piece of cakes. On the grounds of reality and demands for 21st century leaders have to enact and guide. It’s not a medias touch but persistency of efforts.

A leader is not a stereo typed person but have a look beyond his premises. He looks into different cultures acts like honey bee and enlighten his mind. He acts on motto” Think globally, act locally”.
He doesn’t rely on summation only but continuously he has an eagles eye on formation of the steps which are leading to goals.
21st Century Leadership is a multidimensional and integrative view of leadership that is based on relationships. Through shared purposes and aspirations, leadership brings forward novelty of knowing, and doing, while respecting the nature of the human life and rights. Leader is third party management.
In the process of achieving the right results, leaders are often called on to challenge the status quo. In it, the need to change is right around the corner. Legacy rationale involves holding on to the ways things are, have been, or how the leader believes they should be. There needs a strong three dimensional bond among leader, workers and learners. Micromanagement can choke a way to progress. It’s a need to provide members an attainable goal and enough autonomy to complete it. Leader should monitor progress, but not to be overly intrusive. Team members should feel empowered enough to embrace responsibilities and to enjoy a sense of ownership. But, always feel them assuaged, leader is available if anyone needs a consultation.

The Web is changing many important functions of modern society—how we go for online shopping, communicate, purchase products, and more—but has been slow to transform the critical task of educating the next generation of citizens and leaders.
The constantly changing and developing digital world gives us fantastic opportunities to improve communication at our schools, not only do we see an increase number of apps and software students can use in their learning but we also see a growing number of apps school leaders can use in order to save time, to create a positive school marque, and to encourage collaboration between teachers so that they could create professional learning coteries.
Leader is not a demigod but a house of sagacity. He is the person who welcomes innovation, directs the goals, draws the map lines and shows the path to achieve optimum results. He is the man of integrity who vivifies a vision. Nation needs a leader of competency not a pied piper. Education is the only criteria which befits a person in this modern century.
. Charlie Chaplin’s Modern Times are long gone. In the modern world of today, leader must not be limited by orthodox, industrial-based mind sets.
A successful leader today needs to be on the lookout for all technological advances and especially those that have an educational potential. It's time for education to catch up with our technologically enhanced society. learners deserve a relevant, modern, customized education that helps them acquire 21st century skills.
Though there is need to tailor everything in POSDCORB but in prior to it there is need of team building. In my opinion, school within a school management can accelerate the efforts to achieve maximum goals.
Flipped management can attain maximum goals. In flipped management every character can play a vital role to catch up the targets. Beside this it’s a dire need of modern technology which saves the time and provides the best fertilizers to mind. A leader should facilitate the managers, workers and learners. It’s not full time hovering but to provide all the resources which are supportive for optimum results.
Like, children acquire various tasks that are available on the Web, can learn through video conferences or live chats. Parents have also appreciated the contribution of the innovative devices into the schooling as now they can control their children’s grades online and visit school less often. Teachers also use modern aids as they simplify the preparation process, make contour, add fun and diversity to simple lessons. Any device like a speaker, online streaming video, interactive whiteboard, visualizer, projector, educational software, CD player can be useful for teaching and is used by tutors at the lessons making them more appealing to modern pupils. For example, there is a powerful software tool called Hiver. This software is a service application that helps collaborating from email inboxes. It helps to organize the work process and makes it easier and more productive. Isn’t it great?
Active learning or hands on activities some high school educators try to avoid. In their opinion active learning projects lose a sense of silence and students’ obedience when those ones start their discussions. At the same time, active learning makes the student think, talk and share information. This way of learning involves peer instruction, discussion groups and collaborative solution of the problem. Using this innovative method, students get the most of schooling and inspiration for further development. So,it should be encouraged.
VAK learning style assembles learners of the same type in one class, but a teacher can take this fact into account presenting information. Some students need to see new data, the second ones – to hear and the third ones – to feel. That means that the same material should be presented in different ways. Each student will percept his amount of new information, while the others will have a chance to repeat what they have already learned. The workers should get ready to handle these
affairs actively and leader is the person who can motivate them for running it in proper direction and amicably.

like one of the popular tool is Microsoft teams.it is a digital center that include conversation, meetings, files and applications as part of using office 365 for education institutions. With Microsoft teams, school staffs can quickly and easily move from conversation to content creation, maintaining continuity, transparency and the necessary context. Graphic Software, reference software, drill & practice software, tutorial software, educational games, simulation special needs software, maths, chemistry, physics problem solving software, utility Software, all these can be very supportive to explore modern trends and in depth knowledge in small amount of time for Pakistani teachers and students.
Google forms are also very commonly used and play a significant role to diagnose the issues and provide a chain of solutions. This is the time not to be flared up but to map out wisely around the globe and its solution lies in a sagacious technical leadership.
